There are four principles diagnostic approach to Chinese Medicine:
Look, Smell, Ask and Touch.
Look Diagnosis- observe the patients, including tongue, consciousness, complexion and so on.
Smell Diagnosis- smell patient’s odors and hearing the breathing situations.
Ask Diagnosis- asking patients chief complaint.
Touch Diagnosis- touch patient’s pulses of both hands.
